Several key institutions in Illinois are working together to develop an omibus health survey of all Illinois residents including children and youth.  The Illinois Health Survey will build on the successful experience of the Illinois County Behavioral Risk Factor Survey. 

This site is designed to provide basic information to the public about the ongoing efforts to develop the Illinois Health Survey.  Included on the site are the draft instruments of the surveys, a description of the planning period, and soon the site will include findings from the Chicago pilot of the survey.
